B2C Anjouan Gaming License: This B2C gambling license is used to provide services to players who purchase services for their own needs. This license grants the right to a gambling business operator to provide gambling services to individuals.

Requirements for B2C License Application
To apply for a B2C license, the following documents and steps are required:
Business Plan
A concise business plan outlining your gaming operations and market targets.
Proof of Domain Ownership
Document showing you own the domain names for the gaming platform.
AML & KYC Policies
Detailed Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies must be submitted, including how you will verify the identity of players.
Website Compliance Review
The applicant’s website will undergo a compliance review to ensure that terms and conditions, privacy policies, and other legal requirements are in place.
RNG Testing
If applicable, you must submit certificates confirming that your games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
Game/Content Provider Agreements
If you are using third-party games or software, provide agreements with the content providers.
Technical Setup Compliance
Your operational setup must comply with Anjouan’s technical requirements, including ALSI server replication for data backup.

Anjouan License B2C Fees
The fees for a B2C (Business-to-Consumer) license in Anjouan include:

Annual License Fee: €17,828
(includes mandatory ISP service for compliance backups and up to 2 domain names). -
Additional Domains:
If you require more than 2 domain names, the cost for each additional URL is between €2,500 and €3,000 per year. -
Key Person Authorization:
€2,000 per additional key person authorized annually (1 Key Person authorization is included in the fee). -
Due Diligence Fees:
If your corporate structure is complex, additional due diligence fees of €250 - €500 per individual may apply.
