For a B2B license, the requirements include:
Business Model Description
Provide a brief description of your business model (e.g., whether you own your own games, aggregate third-party content, or offer a white-label service).
Proof of Domain Ownership
As with B2C, you must show ownership of the domains used for your B2B operations.
AML & KYC Policies
Ensure that your KYC and AML policies are robust enough to handle onboarding operators or users.
RNG Testing
Provide RNG testing certificates if you are offering gaming products.
Licensing Agreements
Submit agreements with operators or content providers.
Terms & Conditions
The T&Cs for your business must be compliant with Anjouan’s regulations.

Anjouan License B2B Fees
For B2B (Business-to-Business) operators, the fees are:

Annual License Fee: €17,828
which includes the required ISP service for compliance and backups, as well as 1 Key Person Authorization. -
Additional Key Persons:
€2,000 per key person authorized each year. -
Additional Due Diligence Fees:
Similar to B2C, complex corporate structures may require €250 - €500 per subject for further due diligence.
